Wendy Leiti
Flooring Expert
Wendy is a mother of 5. She has worked with her husband in custom home building for 35 years assisting her clients with their interior selections. Coming to Hadinger Flooring was a perfect fit to continue her passion of helping people find the right product with their budget in mind.
Ron Cassara
Flooring Expert
Ron has 28 years of experience in the floor covering, cabinetry and remodeling industry. He started in the construction industry during high school, then did 14 years of installation, and has been in sales for the past 14 years. He specializes in flooring and kitchen design.
David Gordon
Flooring Expert
David has 36 years in the business. Past Owner & Operator of two retail outlets, Shaw Carpet & Floor Center and Classic Tile & Design in Toledo, Ohio. He is a sales and design specialist, enjoys live music events, professional football and daily physical exercise.
Arlena Johnson
Flooring Expert
Arlena grew up in Southwest Florida and has been employed with Hadinger Flooring since 2006. She has served in multiple positions, including area rugs sales and currently in flooring sales.
Peter D'Alessandro
Flooring Expert
Peter came to Hadinger Flooring with over 30 years experience in flooring. He spent many years as a sales representative for Shaw and Mohawk Flooring. He has worked with many designers in the Hospitality, Healthcare and Residential areas. He enjoys working with customers assisting them in the final selections of their flooring choices.
Geoffrey Klein

I began my career in the flooring business in 1984 and I am doing my second tour with Hadinger Flooring. I was with Hadinger Flooring in the mid to late 1980’s and returned in 2008. I try to provide my customers with the pertinent and necessary information so that they can make an informed decision and select the best floor covering to fit their needs.

Josh Welte
Flooring Expert
Joshua Welte moved to Naples, Florida from Oakland, New Jersey. He graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University. At FGCU he learned the importance of teamwork, dedication and hard work playing goalie for the Eagles. Josh specializes in all facets of the flooring industry. He is always willing to go above and beyond for his customers as he strives to provide world class customer service. Josh has been trained and inspired in sales by some of the best at Hadinger Flooring. Five words you can count on from Josh Welte are love, integrity, commitment, passion, and fun.
Tobin Brown
Flooring Expert
Tobin has been in the flooring business for seven years in Southwest Florida. He comes from the New England area with a strong background in construction and millwork industries. He worked with customers in the Boston area to the Cape and the islands of Cape Cod. Enjoys working with customers, designers, and builder to create new and exciting living spaces in new construction and remolding projects.Outside of working, Tobin enjoys cycling and staying active in many outdoor sports.

Originally from WV, I’ve lived in Naples since 2000 and have been in the flooring business since 2002. My flooring career has taken me several places but coming to Hadinger Flooring in 2018 was the best career decision I’ve ever made. At Hadinger, I get the opportunity to meet so many AMAZING clients and assist them with their flooring and design projects while also working with the best people in the industry. I look forward to many more years.

Patricia came to us from the clothing retail business and has taken to area rugs very well. One of the things she really enjoys about working at Hadinger’s is the cooperative work environment.

Gail was a tile rep before coming to us to help Judy build the rug department. Gail enjoys the fact that she works for the most noted flooring store in the state of Florida and that people see this as a destination store.

Luis has a combined 13 years experience selling floors and kitchens. He worked at two different stores before joining the Hadinger family. He enjoys working with clients to create spaces of function and beauty.

Comer Turley
Commercial Flooring Expert
Comer is from Dalton, Georgia – the Carpet Capital of the World. He was essentially raised in the flooring business. Starting as a manufacturer’s representative in the early 90’s, he found his way to Southwest Florida in 1996. In 2004, he started contracting commercial flooring projects and has since completed millions of square feet of flooring ranging from Health Care to Country Clubs and everything in between. Comer is excited to return to Hadinger Flooring after being our Rep in the late 90’s.
